By accessing or using this Dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms for that organization. Use of the dashboard implies a legal contract between the user and the platform.
2. User Accounts & Security
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found to be in violation of our security policies.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Service in any medium.
- Using automated systems (bots, crawlers) to access the Service.
- Attempting to interfere with the server integrity or security.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the service, including missed calendar appointments or unpaid financial obligations.
Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us:
- Account Details: Email and profile name via OAuth.
- Product Content: Calendar event titles, Todo task names, and Bill reminders.
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and operating system for security logs.
2. How We Use Data
Your data is used solely to facilitate the features of the dashboard. This includes rendering your calendar, syncing tasks with partners, and sending automated notifications for bills. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Third-Party Sharing
We only share data with essential infrastructure providers:
- Supabase (Database storage)
- Clerk/NextAuth (Identity verification)
- Vercel (Hosting and performance monitoring)
4. Your Data Rights
You have the right to access, export, or delete your data at any time. You can permanently delete your account through the Settings panel, which will trigger an immediate removal of all your stored calendar and task records from our production database.
